In Mantua what can become a “Co-Cities” movement moved its first steps. CO-cities as a new urban and local governance model Co-Mantova is a prototype of an institutionalizing process to run cities as a collaborative commons (see Jeremy Rifkin‘s definition) and therefore as “co-cities“.
